4.6.24-You may have received a "corrected proxy" in the mail before you got your full annual package in the mail. This is due to an error that the printing vendor made while processing our annual meeting mailout. Please sign and return the corrected proxy to the office. Your full annual packet should be arriving any day now. We apologize for the inconvenience.

To make a payment please mail your check or money order to: 790 Christina Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32086
You may also stop by the HOA Office M-F between 9am-5pm to make a payment in person by check, money order, cashiers check, or credit card (fee applies). We encourage all owners to sign up for ACH automatic bank debit to ensure your payment is received on time each month. To sign up for this option, please stop by our office with a voided check to complete the ACH form.

**Please Note: Our office does not accept water utility payments. Please pay St. Johns County Utility Department directly for water payments.**
