Joe has been the Service Corp General Manager since June of 2001. Reports directly to the President of the Service Corp Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include maintaining all corporation accounts, record and files of the Service Corp and the Board of Directors, as set forth by Federal Law and Florida Statutes and the Service Corp's Charter and By- Laws. Joe serves as the liaison between the Board of Directors and association members..

Linda is a Service Corp employee since July 1999.
She processes payments of monthly maintenance fees, compound fees, and Shores Acitivities Club
memberships. Maintains files of homeowners and reports deed restrictions/violations of code with St.
Johns County. Linda also serves as the liasion between the title companies and homeowners to determine
account status at closings.

Service Corp employee since January 2016.
Ellie is responsible for maintaining the events calendar for the Riverview Club, and responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and public relations plans.  She also maintains and updates the Service Corp's website. Responsible for processing the applications for the Architectural Committee Control (ACC) to facilitate the building/remodel and permitting process.\

Service Corp employee since April 2012.
Liz is available on weekends to meet with guests to tour the facility.  She also provides support during
after-hours or weekend club activities and rentals. Serves as all-around office assistant and assisting
homeowners and facility personnel at the Service Corp office
