Yoga led by Nancy Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:45 amA gentler form of yoga for those whom balance is an issue.

 

Class led by Marcia Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 am.

Class led by Jinny,  Monday at 6:30 pm and Wednesday at 10:00 am.

 

Yoga led by Nancy Monday, Wednesday (8:30) & Friday at 9:00 am. The class is geared to all levels.
Bring a non-skid mat & wear comfortable clothing (no belts or anything tight around your waist). 

 

Evening Yoga led by Annamarie on Wednesday at 5:30 pm.
 

Class  led by Mary, Tuesdays at 5:30 pm.  Classic Barre is a dance-based 
fitness class designed to sculpt, stretch, and strengthen. Set to upbeat music, each class is focused on core engagement, muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and balance. Using small pulses to challenge various muscle groups, expect to ‘feel the burn” every time.   Please wear sneakers or supportive fitness shoes and bring a yoga mat and water.

 

Class led by Robin, Tuesday at 5:00 pm.   Learn the principles of Tai Chi and help your overall health and well-being!

Led by Una, Wednesday at 1:30-4pm. Share expertise and ideas on all aspects of drawing/painting, including composition, perspective, color, mediums, etc.

Led by Shawn White, Monday at 1pm. Bring your dancing shoes and a partner for some ballroom dancing!
